Asia Food – Chinese Vegetarian



Today on Asia Food Network, we are introducing Chinese Vegetarian meal. Fresh vegetable, mushroom and tofu are constantly being used chinese cuisine. Thus it is very natural that Chinese are able to prepare many delightful vegetarian dishes just using the basic ingredients. A simple plate of broccoli or cauliflower with thick flesh Shitaki mushroom or flower mushroom, cook with soy sauce is enough to complete the meal with wonderful fragrant brown rice cooked with corn.
