As we know food,fruit and vegetables are taken everyday in large amount to produce energy for our body .By eating correct food we deny ourselves from remarkable treats and at the same time correct food taken everyday happens to be a potential medicine for our body.As we know also if we take an opportunity to vist food network recipes we will encounter so many result which will exactly takes us to varieties of delicious food allover the world.There are a lot of recipes such as chinese,italian food,american food even fast food .However does this food takes us to healing opportunity?

Eating large amount of food without knowing the protection that those food can give is a welcome sign for such disease.Nutritional researches has founded a few most popular foods in Asia region which has a great healing and also act as a protection for our body system.

1.Bok Choy-certain portion in Bok Choy compounds have been found to be effective in preventing lung cancer.Compounds called isothiocyanates released from chewable Bok Choy is good for lung protection of our body.Research shown that those with detectable isothiocyanates in their urine had a 36 percent lower risk of lung cancer.

2.Garlic-Healing power is believed to lie in compound called allicin in garlic act as a heart attacks prevention.When garlic being chopped or crushed it produce allicin and the small amount of allicin protect our body from heart attacks.

3.Tea-Researches also shown that tea has a great healing power to reduce levels of cholesterol in our body.Average 10 percent cholesterol levels reduce by taking tea in our daily diet food everyday.Green tea is also popular in Asia region and it has proven by drinking green tea 10 or more cups everyday delayed the onset of cancer.

4.Mango-In Asia, mangoes can easily be found anywhere.These tropical fruits are an important souce of beta carotene and vitamin A.Beta carotene and vitamin A has higher level of protein to make up our immune system.Mangoes are a great fruits with its own sweetness and a bit sour considered a healthy protein fruits compared to durians,rambutans etc.
If we go to Asia those above is easy to find and with a small knowledge of cooking recipes,those food becomes more delicious.We can put certain amount of mango,garlic,Bok Choy and tea as a compulsory foods to take in our daily diet.

I am sure many people around the world has paid a visit to Asia region.Along the road we can find a tropical fruit seller,even a small road in asia region.As I live in big city like Kuala Lumpur you can easily find many fruits seller along the road at Petaling Street .Petaling street is the an open market located in a centre of Kuala Lumpur.

Garlic has been widely used in our daily foods taken everyday not just Asia.What I know is a fast food restaurant like Kentucky Fried Chicken,McDonalds also used garlic in their certain selling meal.We can have a garlic bread,garlic curly ring at McDonalds.In our traditional Malaysian food, garlic and bok choy are the most taken everyday in daily cooking meals.As an example in Nasi Lemak and Nasi Ayam.Nasi Lemak is a breakfast meal you can easily get in Malaysia while Nasi Ayam you can find it at any night market stall in Malaysia.

The healing power found from Bok Choy ,garlic,tea and mango and some others Asian fruits has longer the age of Asian people.As we know one of the oldest people in the world is from Asia.Kama Chinen from Japan is a world's oldest man recorded in Asia .He is about 114 years of age.

World nowadays people are struggling to reduce cholesterol in their body.Cholesterol is a type of fat(lipid)made from body.It is found in every cell in the body. However, having a high cholesterol level in the blood can increase the risk of heart disease and stroke.As we know the most contributors of death comes from heart attack and stroke.Any disease could lead us to stroke and heart attack .Infact diabetes and asthma are some disease found that will lead to panic attack anytime.

A few factors are found as the most contributors of high cholesterol.
  • high in saturated fat and cholesterol
  • a lack of exercise
  • family history
  • overweight
  • age and gender
  • daily alcohol consumption
As a conclusion still prevention is better than cure.What i have found and most of us know that to prevent is to reduce our cholesterol and to increase healing power in our body system.More on healing food means more cholesterol reduce in our body system.Trust me healing foods are much tasty than healing medicine.
